Company Introduction
Jiangsu Sulong Eco-Technologies Co., Ltd (short as Jiangsu Sulong) was established in September 2007
with registered capital of 50.08 million RMB and 15000 ㎡ standard factory building. We are a
professional manufacturer of PVC products being divided to three series: SL serial Coated Fabrics &
Membrane Material, SLFT-PVC serial Ventilation Hose and SLF serial Waterproof Coiled Material. SL
serial Coated Fabrics and Membrane Material contain SL-FP serial PVC Coated Fabric for Ventilation
Hose, SL-Ad serial PVC Banner/ Mesh, SL-L serial Tarpaulin for Logistics and SL-PVC-M serial PVC
Storage Tank etc.; SLFT-PVC serial Ventilation Hose contains SLFT-PVC –PV serial Positive

Our company has complete sets of machining equipment and five production lines: Intelligent one time
forming production line for air-ducting coated fabric with independent intellectual property, two tape
casting production lines for waterproof rolls, one production line for tubular product, two production
lines for ventilation duct processing. As of 2015, we have 23 authorized patents of independent technical
property and 4 invention patents; besides, working with Sichuan University of their high polymer
material research, we successfully developed a new PVC Ultrathin membrane curtain coating equipment
“Intelligent Air-ducting coated fabrics formation” and get the first set equipment authenticate of Jiangsu

Products SL serial Coated Fabric & Membrane Material
PVC Coated Fabric for Ventilation hose (Code: SL-FP serial)
SL-FP serial PVC Coated Fabric for Ventilation hose is kind of odorless and innoxiously light
composite being made of high strength & low shrinkage Polyester mesh and medical grade PVC. It is
hard to be pulled apart and torn off. Though modified characters of PVC, our fabrics has advantages of
light weight, environmental protection, anti-aging, heatproof, cold-resistant, puncture-resistance,
anti-flaming, anti-static electricity to make the ventilation ducting 2 or 3 times life time than the other
materials ducting. Qualification standard is GB/T9900-2008 rubber or plastic coated fabrics, also for our
ducting standard. It is widely used for ventilation hose of mining, tunnel and underground project etc.

SL -Ad serial fabric is special used for printing and advertising. For this product, it has advantage of
good smoothness, high bonding strength, stable ink absorption, perfect printing ability, self-cleaning,
anti-flame, weather resistant (UV, rain and frost).
Characters:
1) Excellently compatible with various Solvent based digital printers
2) Perfect printing impression with stable ink absorption and faster drying ability
3) This base fabric has high strength and tough tear resistance. And the mesh could minimize wind force

PVC Storage Tank (Code: SL-PVC-M)
When build a bridge, in order to evaluate the stability and safety of the scaffold platform, some soft
ground should be preloaded for soil consolidation. Traditionally, sand, crashed concrete, steel bar and
Rideau are used to finish soil consolidation, however, they are very trouble. “SL” preloading water bag
is made of high strength coated fabric. At project site, it is combined with protection mesh to preload
test and wildly used for large tonnage and high head (5m) bridge preloading test. By preloading water
bag combining preloading strengthening fences, it is low labor strength, convenient construction, low
cost, reusable tidiness, safe and reliability, site clean and widely used in the engineering project.
The main products are water bag, tons bag, liquid storage bag, container tank etc., and widely used in
chemical and food industry etc. non-dangerous liquid storage and transport. Its main application range:
1, Food, wine, cooking oil, all kinds of concentrated fruit juice, food additives, sorbitol, palm oil, soy
sauce, vinegar, rice wine, mineral water, malt, syrup, alcohol, liquid, etc.
2, All kinds of industrial oil lubricating oil, lubricating oil additives, transformer oil, white oil, Tung oil,

Positive Ventilation Hose（Code: SLFT-PVC-PV）
Introduction:
“SL” Positive ventilation hose has four types: Layflat type, Framework type, Spiral type and
Special-Shaped and can be customized for every section (Length from 3 to 200m).
Every two sections are connected with industrial zipper or end coil.
For the purpose of tunnel driving safety, 180°horizontal double hook is used for ducting diameter more
than 1.5m. 45 °spiral processing technique applied to reinforce strength of anti-pressure and anti-tear.
Quality standard abides by GB/T9900-2008 etc.
