Leadership potential. He was always Motivating the team, solving multiple problems, and still making time to help

Kevin was the Lead Trainer of the Magnolia Home Theater Department while also directing his training skills
toward his other leadership role as The Best Buy for Business Ambassador.His training sessions were very
comprehensible, and even more so inspiring and motivating. We would walk out of the sessions more

Kevin's energetic personality was very contiguous,and easily seen displayed every day on the smiles of his
customers. His customer service was fantastic, and always ensured a returned customer. He would tell everyone that

In regards to his communication abilities, Kevin's customer service and relationship building skills are remarkable.

matter of minutes Kevin and the customer would be interacting like they were old buddies.This is what led to
majority of his return customers.
In addition to his Customer Service skills, Kevin has a great passion to train and improve others around him. He
teaches every aspect of the job, and gives extra attention to whomever he notice needs it. His manner of delivering
information is quick, easy to understand,and effective without belittling the recipient.
When faced with a challenge he enjoyed the opportunity to try to solve it when others would try to avoid it. He is
positive even during the bleak and most difficult of times! He always saw a problem as another opportunity to grow
and learn something new.
Kevin is also very receptive of constructive criticism, and welcomes it in order to improve himself. Kevin believed
that leadership should never be stagnant,and led by example showing others on the team that just like how sales
change so should we change and grow with it.
