While Kevin and I worked togetherat Best Buy for a number of years it didn't take long for me to realize his great
Leadership potential. He was always Motivating the team, solving multiple problems, and still making time to help
improve others around him.
Kevin was the Lead Trainer of the Magnolia Home Theater Department while also directing his training skills
toward his other leadership role as The Best Buy for Business Ambassador.His training sessions were very
comprehensible, and even more so inspiring and motivating. We would walk out of the sessions more
knowledgeable and empowered ready to take on any situation.
Kevin's energetic personality was very contiguous,and easily seen displayed every day on the smiles of his
customers. His customer service was fantastic, and always ensured a returned customer. He would tell everyone that
they were his preferred customer, and then would precede to treat each one of them as just that. Even after Kevin left
Best Buy to work for The Hershey Company we would still have a lot of his preferred clients still asking for him.
