British Telecom Process– BTGS (CDSS)
Job Title: Sr. Process asscoiate (CSA)
Duration: November, 2011 till Date
CDSS is the project which investigates and resolves the critical issues in an End-to-End perspective. 
The goal of CDSS Process is to restore normal service operation as quickly as possible with minimum
disruption to the business, thus ensuring that the best achievable levels of availability and services are
maintained.
Applications:
RADAR, FAM, COT, , IRD Tracker, Sharepoint
Project :- SAB MILLER
• Resource Reconciliation: As the BT people book time on their contracts, hence we keep a track
of all the resources that are booking time on our assigned contracts. We generate exceptions for
those who are not involved in the contract but are still booking time. We also take the help of
certain systems
• Commercial Inventory: Managing the Commercial/ International inventory by preparing the
Different Phases of report to show the monthly savings to British Telecom and attending the
weekly calls over this to show the progress over them.
Project :- RADIANZ
• Order Management (SRM): To prepare the customer orders and Evualtion of commercial
pricing by using different systems of BT for BT-Radianz customers and
• Preparing and reviewing “Standard Operating Procedures” for individual contracts.
• Transitioning of new contracts over conference calls.
• Vendor management & contract negotiation: Controlling the costing, driving the service
excellence and mitigate risks to gain increased value from their vendors throughout the complete
process.
o Ranking our priorities along with the alternatives, Time Constraints and Benchmarks like
project completion dates, delivery date for first batch of orders, start date for the service, lead
times, etc. preparing and reviewing “Standard Operating Procedures” for individual contracts,
transitioning of new contracts over conference calls.
Project:- VERIZON
• Deliver Multiple Projects which are a part of BTGS/BTSS Customers based out of UK.
• Core Experience in Delivery of diverse IT solutions covering the entire gamut of services in each
process.
• Daily Responsibilities also include a variety of actions to ensure successful completion of
activities which impact delivery timelines
• Preparing Project Roll Out plan for the PSO-PM Kick off call to discuss the project
• Managing and updating project/circuit delivery dates in related tools.
• Ordering Circuits/CPE from BT internal/External teams using the manual ordering Template
• Updating the details in the Project roll-out Plan.
• Chasing the delay from the BT external/Internal teams.
• Updating the PM on the reason for the delay.
