Kerri began her real estate career in 2004 and since that
time has experienced a tremendous amount of success
as a consistent multi-million-dollar producer. She has
won numerous awards for her sales production and each year her clients have raved about her attention to detail
and thorough communication. She also takes great pride in her straight forward ethical approach to real estate
and enjoys creating friendships with her clients that last a lifetime. She will, without a doubt, employ market
research, professional tactics and cutting-edge real estate trends to make sure her clients get the most out of
their home. Her business motto, “Love Where Ya Live,” is a testament which she exhibits with every transaction.

Kerri puts a huge emphasis on her expertise and knowledge of the market which has led her to expand on her real
estate education. She obtained her broker’s license in 2007 which is the highest level of real estate licensure the
state provides. That wasn’t enough, however; Kerri has also gone several steps further by earning the following
designations: Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Graduate Realtor
Institute (GRI). All of these designations required education classes that exceeded the state’s requirements and
some even required high levels of production in order to be awarded. In short, all of this means you’re getting a
professional real estate agent who has the experience and professionalism to guide you through any real estate
transaction.
Kerri has a passion for San Antonio and has deep family roots here dating back to the Republic of Texas even
though she grew up in Los Angeles, California. Her family has lived in San Antonio’s Alamo Heights area for years
watching it evolve from a suburb into an inner city neighborhood. This background gives her insight into native
Texan characteristics while her experiences living outside of Texas help her relate to buyers and sellers moving
into the area.
Kerri enjoys volunteering in the community and is involved with the PTO at Howard Early Childhood Center, the
Junior League, the Witte Museum and Delta Delta Delta alumni group. Kerri’s pride and joy, however, is her
family. Her husband is an attorney at Zachry Industrial. Both are graduates of Texas A&M University in College
Station and proud Fightin’ Texas Aggies. They are also involved with their church, Alamo Heights United
Methodist. Together they are raising three beautifully strong willed children: a son who is 6 years old and is
attending Howard Early Childhood Center (part of Alamo Heights ISD), a daughter who is 5 years old and a second
daughter who is 3 years old – both girls are attending Alamo Heights United Methodist Church Weekday School.
They live in their Olmos Park home with their 2 dogs: a dachshund and a Labrador. When she is not placing a SOLD
sign in a yard, you can find Kerri enjoying her family, studying her genealogy or enjoying a good book.
