Managed implementation of a new line of business for Teleplan’s client Cisco BTS (Build To Ship). BTS
consisted of numerous new messages that needed to be developed by Teleplan. I implemented a daily
SCRUM Meeting and managed the work distribution for the BA’s and developers. Created and managed the
project plan to track work needed to complete the implementation. Conducted and participated in weekly
status calls between Teleplan and Cisco as well as helped manage testing between both parties. Was the main
point of contact between Cisco and Teleplan IT. Also managed the ticket management system for all items
associated with the implementation. Managed both onsite and remote resources.
Direct Technology/ESG (Energy Savings Group) – Sacramento, CA August 2014 – December 2015
Project Manager/Program Manager
Managed energy savings software (Energy Efficiency Collaboration Platform - EECP) implementation for
Sempra (San Diego Gas & Electric and Southern California Gas) as well as Tampa Electric. Also managed
migrating Energy Savings Assistance Program (ESAP) division of Sempra, from the HEAT (Home Energy
Assistance Tracking system) application to EECP. Responsibilities included gathering business and system
requirements, and manage the software deployment schedule for each client. Worked through monthly
software releases and client specific custom code updates. Create Change Orders that documented
enhancements requested by the client along with Level of Efforts to cover the work for those items.
Conducted weekly status report meetings with project teams. Created weekly status update reports and
revised project plans to show progress for each project. Estimated and maintained project budgets and
provided weekly updates to client throughout the duration of the project. Established and maintained an
