PROFESSIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Converted four boilers from Foxboro SPEC 2000 to Honeywell TDC-3000. This fast track
project with limited control room space was the result of a boiler explosion. Demolition of
existing control panel and installation of computer equipment was accomplished without a
steam outage.
Approved the design and supervised the installation of instrument and analyzer up-grade.
By coordinating efforts with light hydrocarbon plant personnel much of this project was
installed with the plant on line. Actual down time was reduced by 45% of original
estimates.
Enhanced isocyanate raw material yield by 2% by applying analytical problem solving
skills to flow measurement and control. Designed and supervised installation of a
hydrostatic tank gauging system which led to a more accurate inventory and level control.
