Wiracocha was considered one of the most important deities in Inca mythology. He was believed to have created the world and mankind and was seen as the god of peace, justice, and freedom. According to Inca legends, Wiracocha traveled the earth teaching his people and later disappeared over the ocean, leaving behind the promise that he would return one day.
