 Prepped a variety of foods, such as meats, vegetables, desserts, following approved
procedures.
 Recorded temperature of food and storage areas such as refrigerators and freezers.
 Ensured food is cooked at correctly by regulating temperatures of grills, and frying
equipment.
 Ensured freshness and quality of food by keeping track of stock and rotating stock.
