Physical Bullying is hurting someone’s body or
possessions. It leaves physical marks.

Tell someone you trust

Try not to let the bully see you upset.
They may do it more, if they know it upsets you.
Surround yourself with friends and people who will
stand up for you.

Find an adult to help stop it.
Get friends together and TALK to the bully. Let the
person know it’s not ok!

11. Be Buddies, Not Bullies
Be nice to and include people being bullied, let them
know you care about them.
Also, be nice to bullies, show then there are better
ways to interact with others!
