• Implementing all ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 compliance requirements in facilities by
coordination with Facility Management team.

2. • Responsible for implementation, monitoring & tracking of Work Permits System for critical &
dangerous work like, Work at Height, LOTO, Electrical work, Hot work, Work at confined
space etc, and to train the employees as well.
• Working for Resources Conservation Projects. (e g Energy, Water & Paper).
• Preparation of Root cause analysis & Corrective action plan for all near misses, incidents &
accidents
• Preparation of newsletters for the Energy & Environment Management System as per the
client’s requirements
• Identifying, Analyze and Explore energy management information to provide timely
decision support to our leadership and management teams. Analysis of the Energy
Performance vs. Energy Benchmarking established based on Cost, Use and Demand
Patterns. Measures for Energy Conservation, Renewable Energy and Cost Avoidance.
• Exploring Initiatives, Fund allocation and Effective implementation of the Capital Energy
Saving projects including Optimization of Energy use, HVAC Projects like VFD
installation,, Cooling Tower Replacement, LED Lights, Occupancy sensors, UPS
Optimization, Low Cost initiatives etc.
• Implementation of Energy Best Practices, Conduct Site Reviews/ Audits, Identification of Gap
areas and bridging the same
• Environmental Sustainability was driven through energy management programs yielding
cost saving of more than USD 1M and reducing Carbon footprint.
