■ Organize volunteer events, food/clothing drives, disaster relief, shelter volunteering

■ Celebrate hire-date anniversaries, acknowledge milestones, communicate news/events
Showcase & Event
■ Showcase M Street’s talented staff (art, music, etc.) , plan employee events
“Family Fund”
■ Organize a program to help our M Street family in hard times

■ Professional workshops, classrooms, and career opportunities
Back of House
■ Express concern, feedback, and ideas for back of house
