Katrina Errant is a project manager and field coordinator for the ALCF-3 project at the Argonne Leadership Computing Facility. She brings experience as an electrician with expertise in project logistics, constructability, and safety. Over her career, she has managed large construction projects, crews, and equipment installations, and provides coaching to young engineers. She holds a Master's degree in Industrial Technology Management and various safety certifications.

Katrina Errant is a Patrick Engineering project manager
and field coordinator on contract with ALCF for the
ALCF-3 project. She brings the hands-on experience of
an electrician with strong project logistics, and expertise
in constructability and safety.
Over the course of Ms. Errant’s career, she has been
responsible for large project procurements, including
receiving and inspection quality control, and installation
of equipment. Projects she has worked on include
electrical remediation, control panel upgrades and
substations, back-up generation, and data center
installations. Ms. Errant has also managed large
construction crews, conducted safety and job-specific
training, and has been responsible for project quality
assurance. She has carried out field inspections and
surveys of industrial facilities, and worked with arc-flash
modelers to evaluate the safety, stability and code
compliance of electrical infrastructures. She continues to
provide coaching and mentorship to young engineers on
the practical challenges of field installations.
Ms. Errant holds a Master’s degree in Industrial
Technology Management from the Illinois Institute of
Technology. She holds extensive safety certifications
including OSHA 30 hour, NFPA 70E, Aerial Lift
Certification, Radio Frequency Training, NEC Code, and
CPR/AED Certification. Katrina is also an elected official
for the Village of Bedford Park, and heads the
Ordinance/Policy Committee. She is an active member
of Women in Municipal Government and serves on the
National League of Cities 2016 Information Technology
and Communications Committee.
