 This phase focuses on the gathering of the information
 First, you need to make sure what is required of you and get 100% clarity
of the task
 Get the focus of the assessment task
 Know where you will find your information and whether your sources are
reliable
 Validate all your sources and information and keep doing this as required
for the paper

4. PHASE 2

5. Presentation of Information
 The focus of this phase is collecting of evidence to support your task
 Draw up and conduct a questionnaire.
 Collect and present your information on a spreadsheet or database and
place your findings in a folder for the task

6. PHASE 3

7. Findings and Recommendations
 After the storage of the information, you will then need to gather your
findings and recommendations in a either a webpage or a folder.
 Write and present your findings in your words, to ensure and show that
you fully understood the requirements of the task and the information
gathered.
