Kathy is an executive assistant in the Enterprise Support Services organization. A seasoned professional, she has
more than 23 years of business support experience, including serving in supervisory roles. Kathy's professional
experience spans finance, telecommunications, education and non-profit organizations.

• Specialized in planning and organizing large seminars and workshops, managed departmental budgets and provided
extensive support related to community outreach programs
• Managed all administrative and documentation responsibilities required by the state of Illinois for the Illinois Small
Business Development Center
• Managed and oversaw day-to-day operations of a nonprofit business incubator service and trained and supervised
administrative office staff
