7. The Opportunity: Product at BetterUp
BetterUp is looking for a Technical Product Manager to to ensure seamless
deployment and delivery of BetterUp to our global enterprise customers. Our
mobile-first product connects coaches with individuals, creating powerful
relationships to drive behavior change and transform a new generation of leaders.
We are creating a new category, and we need PMs to drive us there.
We are a team that collaborates tightly, ships quickly, and has fun. Our small and
focused team cares deeply about crafting the highest quality product
experiences, and each team member has a profound impact on the vision and
direction of what we deliver. And, although we take our responsibility seriously
and stay focused on delivering and iterating quickly, we always take the time to
laugh, take a pause and enjoy our work and each other.

The application process from initial screen to offer can take about 3-4 weeks at
BetterUp.
Stages
● Initial Screen - Recruiter (30 minutes)
● Hiring Manager - Director of Product (30-45 minutes)
● Take Home Project - Candidate (> 3 hours)
● Onsite Interview - Several Members of the PM team (5 hours)
● Founders - Alexi Robichaux or Eddie Medina

Most of our PMs are generalists and work on more than one initiative in their first year, and almost certainly within their
second. Prepare to be challenged and work on projects that range from immature pre-product fit to larger, market leading
initiatives.
