SUBJECT: LABOR MARKET COMPENSATION PACKAGE
I have prepared a Labor Market Compensation Package for the 17 employees needed to expand the Engineering
Consulting Firm into Chattanooga, TN, zip code 37401.
This brief includes a Salary Compensation Chart, with a maximum scoring of 130 points. The Scoring for the
potential employees’ degree is 5 points for each level of schooling with a maximum of 20 points. I have included
simple notes explaining the terminology of some of the desired character traits.
Also included is the job family chart that will group the 17 jobs into “job families”, and a salary compensation
chart for all jobs needed. This will allow us to further determine fair and competitive pay rates for the job
market in Chattanooga, TN. I have included basic job descriptions for each position in their respective job
families, with an annual budget for salaries in each family.
