CAREER SUMMARY: Over 18 years of full cycle corporate/agency recruiting and passive
sourcing experience. Broad based knowledge and recruiting experience in many areas such as

2010-2014-Sr. Sourcing Consultant (Nationally), Completed virtual contracts during this time
period for PNC Bank, Union Bank and TIAA-CREF. Supported the West Coast and PAC
Northwest for PNC Bank in sourcing/cold calling on passive candidates for mortgage division sales.
Overachievement of hiring goals for Sourcer, as well as submittals totaling 280 candidate
submittals to the line of business. Responsible for sourcing passive mortgage sales originators and
senior level management for Union Bank in the PAC Northwest and California. Exceeded goals by
sourcing 300 passive Mortgage Sales Originators in a highly competitive market. Initially
responsible for sourcing Call Center Reps for new online banking center for TIAA-CREF.
Personally sourced over 100 reps for that division. Additionally sourced passive Wealth

2/07-10/09-Sourcing Consultant II, Wachovia, A Wells Fargo Company (VIRTUAL Perm)
Supported the West Coast Mortgage Sales region as Sourcing Consultant during the merger of
Wachovia and World Savings in 2007. Responsible for direct sourcing Retail Loan Officers for the
entire West Coast Region for Wachovia World/World Savings.
Developed extensive sourcing database of over 1,000 viable candidates by cold calling and direct
sourcing from major competitors. In June of 2007 was asked to transfer to the Wholesale
Mortgage business unit as Recruiting and Sourcing Consultant. Acted as the only Recruiting and
Sourcing Consultant for the entire West Coast and PAC NW region. Successfully supported over
35 hiring managers and recruited over 70 top producing Wholesale Account Executives from
competitors, by direct sourcing and developing an extensive database of highly qualified Wholesale
AE’S.
Mid April of 2008 the Wholesale division of Wachovia was closed and I was moved back to the
Sourcing Consultant role for Retail Loan Officers. From June of 2008 to current,
responsibilities were to source on a project basis (DE Underwriters, San Leandro, CA, and San
Antonio, Texas, Loss Mitigation Reps, San Antonio and Philadelphia, PA).

Phoenix region, (Wholesale Operations, Sales & Executive level professionals). Partner with hiring
managers (remote and within Phoenix region) to implement and support the acquisition of talent for
high volume planned region growth of this Connecticut based firm.
Responsible for the sourcing and recruitment of Processors, Closers, Underwriters,
Account Managers, Sales, Middle Management and Executive level personnel. Cold called and
utilized all recruiting tools available to access top performers from competitors. Conducted
extensive phone screens and in person behavioral interviews. Coordinated all background,
financial and employment reference screens. Update, maintain and utilize Webhire employee
database.
Established and built excellent relationships with assigned business unit hiring managers. Provide
guidance to managers throughout the staffing process. Extend all employment offers while
working closely with corporate HR in Connecticut with the preparation of new hire materials and

Initial responsibility was to develop a strong candidate base where none existed. Areas of
recruitment included executive level administrative, accounting, clerical/customer service, sales,
industrial (management and distribution) as well as all levels of human resource personnel.
Additionally, developed, maintained, expanded and recruited for niche markets such as corporate
specialty procurement, regional account management positions, distribution and material
management executives. Perform high volume searches, phone screens and in person candidate
interviews. Met with corporate human resource professionals and department managers to
