This study seeks participants who are English speaking adult women who have had an acquired physical
disability for 2-5 years, between the ages of 18 and 45 who reside within a one hour driving distance
from Toronto.
Participation includes two interviews that will be approximately one hour in length and will be held in-
person or online via Skype. There is no compensation for participating in this study. However, your
participation will be a valuable addition to the research and findings of this study and could lead to
greater public understanding of the experiences of women with acquired disabilities that may inform
and promote inclusive physically active leisure opportunities within the community.
