The business requirement was to validate Purchase document like P.O, Contract and
Scheduling Agreement for Release Procedure and this validation will be done through SAP
FIORI Mobile Application.
SAP FIORI has 190 Mobile Apps and P.O, Contract will be out of the box and Scheduling
agreement need to be enhanced through the custom application.
P.O, Contract, Sch. Agreement release validation happens in either Desktop, Tablet or
Smartphone.
The required Reporting for P.O and Contract can be viewed through the FIORI Screen.

2. Responsibilities
• Study the Specification which includes the data flow and relations of the SAP modules with the
FIORI.

I am aware of various end to end business scenarios including Sales, Procurement,

Responsibilities
• Intensively involved in discussion with the Business team for collecting required information
and data for functional design document for the RICEF (Interfaces, Enhancement and
Conversion) objects.
• Worked in GAP Analysis and helped client in selection and implementation of suitable solutions
for the entire RICEF object for direct materials and indirect materials.
• Configured Material types, Number ranges (External numbering) for Material master, PR, PO
and changed the field status of the material master records as per the user requirements.
• Defined functional specifications for the Release Procedures of External documents (Purchase
Orders) and Purchase Requisitions for Procurement using 032 class types and with

• Configured account groups for field selections, number ranges and partner functions for
vender masters.
• Set up shelf life expiration date (SLED) check, and picking based on materials with the
shortest remaining shelf life for specific movement types during the Goods receipt process.

Alstom Testing & Training was a project in which client wanted to prepare Live video
simulation of SAP Transactions for SAP MM, FICO, SD, WM, QM, PP. Being a part of SAP
Testing & Training Team, Perform Integration and Regression(Manual) Testing for SAP MM
scenarios and Develop SAP MM simulations for the end users of the client using Adobe
Captivate tool. I am aware of various end to end business scenarios including Sales,
Procurement, Production, Transportation sectors of business solution.
Responsibilities
• Support the technical team on functional issues for SAP MM.
• Prepare Training material for Alstom Transport (MM scenarios) using SAP Workforce
Performance Builder.
• Only one in the team responsible for Peer Review of the simulations and training material,
provide feedback and suggest ways of improvement.
• Trained the whole team on How to use Adobe Captivate and SAP Workforce Performance
Builder by giving Knowledge Transfer.
