Mr. Keller has more than 30 years of experience in the construction/engineering field, with 15
years of experience as a Construction Project Manager. He is seasoned in managing all phases of
multimillion dollar construction projects, and offers expertise for a diverse range of construction
and engineering projects for government and commercial clients. His background includes
extensive QA/QC supervision, and knowledge of Construction Management/Project
Management computer software and applications. His construction project management skills
include the following: bidding, budgeting, contract and change management, daily reporting,
document management, drawing management, e-mail tracking, meeting minutes,

Garland, TX, for Technical Associates, Inc., Atlanta, GA, August 2013 - Nov. 2013. Mr.
Keller managed the construction, installation and start-up of a Peracid Reactor System, which
contained a Glacial Acetic Acid Tank, Hydrogen Peroxide Tank, Phosphoric Acid transfer
system, RO/DI water systems and a Sodium Citrate system conversion.
QA/QC Manager - Mechanical Mill/Extruder Technician, PPG Industries, Gainesville, TX,
Nov. 2013 - Nov. 2014. Mr. Keller managed QA/QC standards for paint particle sizes for mills
and extruders. He performed breakdown and maintained mills and extruders periodic cleaning
and repairs.
Construction Consultant, Bakken Oil Basin Projects Ray, North Dakota, for Keller
Consulting, Dallas, TX, March 2009 - July 2013. Mr. Keller provided Construction
Management services for various companies on this large-scale project. His responsibilities

2009. Mr. Keller served as construction manager for the $250 million Mesabi Nugget Delaware
ITmk3 Steel Nugget Production Plant. His responsibilities included:

production plant.
Supervised routing and installation of all utility feeds for all six steel production
buildings, iron ore concentrator, and a water purification plant.

engineering decisions on the front end of project by adjusting the proposed layouts to

Constructed the Sodium Ion Exchange Building, Nitrate Waste Vault, PAC Mixing
Basin, and modified the Sludge/Grit Removal and Raw Water Intake Lines for more
efficient operations.
Utilized gravitational methods by installing a cofferdam for dewatering a section of the
Little Vermilion River for installation of new river intake screens.
