Karisma Amjad is currently working as a Faculty Member of the Department of Social Work in Asian University of Dhaka. Former she was Faculty Member of Dhaka International University for Bangladesh Studies. She has completed her BSS, MSS and M Phil from Institute of Social Welfare and Research, University of Dhaka. She is also conducting her PhD in University of Dhaka under Institute of Social Welfare and Research. She has been working on environment, Climate change and Climate Migrant issues at National and regional level since 2010. Her contribution to research work has been well acknowledged through both national and international journal publications.
