• Redesigned DiviCom/Harmonic customer and field engineer training guides from a collection of
PowerPoint slides to an integrated FrameMaker based book with detailed accompanying hands-
on lab exercises. Reduced new instructor time to full competency in teaching a four-day technical
hands-on class from 3-4 months to 4-6 weeks.
• Increased training delivery from monthly to weekly for end-users and field engineers through
changes in training equipment, redesign of job structure within the department, and partnering
with sales and customer project managers.
