Currently Handling the below SFDC requests for Portugal & Spain countries in Plan & Procure sub
cluster:
 Interacting with the Project Managers, Sales team & Front office ECO
 Query calls handling in PPMC
 Creating all types of Project includes Presale, Delivery, DWO and ICOEM in
SAP (COMPASS)
 Planning costs and Revenues for presales projects, delivery projects and ICOEM
projects.
 Planning and forecasting done in PPMC tool
 Supporting in PPMC (Project and Portfolio Management Control) queries.
 Creation of Sales orders and Invoice in SAP compass
 Creating PR and place the PR in PO SharePoint for PO creation
 Cancelling the invoice and creating credit notes.
 Creation of Purchase requisition for 3rd party services
 Booking Goods receipts after getting confirmation from Front office.
 Working on Close projects after verifying the Actual cost and revenues and
planned cost and revenues, Balance sheet of the project, Removal of members
from the particular project to avoid further posting of hours in the project.
 During Workday 1 to Workday 7, downloading various reports and uploading
in SharePoint

2. Engagement Estimation and Evaluation (E3T Macro file):
 Every month during Workday 3 to 5 Downloading the Actual costs and
revenues posted for all the projects with the help of CTD (Compass transaction
download) tool into the E3T macro file from the SAP EWP .
 Processing the E3T Macro file and checking with CJE0 report in SAP Compass
whether the Actual cost and revenues posted and Actual cost and revenues
recognized in SAP compass are equal.
 On Basis of Actuals E3T file PM will forecast the Cost and Revenues for further
periods and uploaded in the SharePoint.
 Every month during Workday 12 to 14 will upload the Forecast file into SAP
compass based on the E3T reforecasting file.

• Download the PPMX file for Planning and Forecasting
• Report for ITD and EGM check
• Actuals Processing as per COMPASS
