I started my career in 2004 with a small company providing Commerce Platform for big retailers. In 2010, I landed @IBM after two company acquisitions. I have a passion for building technology teams from the ground up or through transformation and bringing these cool/useful technologies to the market. I believe in a team that runs itself. Magic happens when I see my teams come together to agree, disagree, decide what’s next, hiring and even firing. Making things simple is hard. People who excel at this inspire me. Currently working on IBM Graph and Business Dashboard.
