ARSPH is a Rohingya organization based in the Rohingya refugee camps in Bangladesh. It represents all Rohingya refugees in Cox's Bazar. One of ARSPH's main goals is seeking justice for the genocide of Rohingya in Myanmar. They have collected evidence of violence against Rohingya over many decades by the Myanmar government and military. They are ready to support investigations by the ICC and IIMM into the perpetrators of genocide. They provided details of one operation from 1959 as an example of the evidence they have collected and submitted a list of killings, rapes, arrests and property losses committed against Rohingya by Myanmar authorities since 2016.

U Tin Kyaw is a captain of battlian No(55) on 1959, his battalian arrived in northern Rakhine state
and took responsiblity for the protection of area. Finally, he protected only Buddhist communities.
He and his soliders forcibily pushed out the Rohingya Muslims from northern Arakan state to
former east Pakistan, now Bangladesh. He pushed out the Rohingya communities by guns shooting,
tortured and set up the Buddhist communities villages on Rohingya empty villages. For example, in
1959 one Rakhine village and Thet village newly set up on Rohingya lands in Taman Tha Village
Tract, Maungdaw. At the same time, one Dinnet community village set up in Yenauk Nga Thar
Village tract. Also you can see a lot of new set up Buddhist villages tract in northern Rakhine state.
His purpose/plan is to be free up the Rohingya from the northern Rakhine state.
Nowaday in Rakhine state, AA (Arakan Army) and Myanmar Army fighting with each other. The
two teams are brother and brother-in-law. Any way, they really fighting each other in central
Rakhine state but in the northern Rakhine state they playing the game as a pretend fighting to kill
the innocent Rohingya and clean up the lands to be campus Rohingya and focing, treatening the
Rohingya to flee to the Bangladesh.
It is the manner showing the reality of their preplans.
