Flow for good receiving

1. Parts Received
Unboxing
1. Confirm part number and quantity on carton
box label matches Invoice
2. Remove Parts From Carton box
3. Put parts into ESD Bin on the ESD trolley and send
to next station
Receiving
1. Scan part number into MES
2. Print and stick 1D barcode Label onto each
reel/tray. Once completed, put into ESD bin on
ESD Trolley
3. Send to IQC for inspection
IQC Inspection
1. Check part according to sampling table
2. If no problems, scan and key into MES system
as Accept. Send to Receiving to stock into
warehouse
End
1. If part number or quantity
does not match, reject and issue MRV
1. If have problems, scan and key
into MES system as Reject.
Send to receiving to issue MRV
