2.  Total Experience in the following positions.
* To write cheques for making suppliers payments and get received cheques
deposited in the bank.
* To follow up regularly with customers for outstanding payments and make sure that
payments are received.
* To update and maintain all fixed deposit and other instruments such as insurance
policies from time to time.
* To keep tab of tax payments and make tax payments such as TDS, ESIC, P.F.,
Professional tax, Excise, Service tax, Advance tax from time to time on instructions
from M.D.
* To make entries in Tally and generate a balance sheet and P/L statement when
required.
* To check regularly for receipt of client payments in the bank account and intimate
internally in the company.
* Follow up with banks for inward remittances from customers.
* Ensure that proper books of accounts are maintained as per statutory norms
* Ensure Proper allocation of cost centers to expenses.
* Ensure monthly payment of service tax, Profession Tax, TDS, ESIC, Provident
Fund etc
* Ensure filling of return for TDS, Excise, VAT, Service Tax & Profession Tax.
* Issue quarterly from 16A & and annually form 16.
* Various weekly, fortnightly & monthly MIS as per management's requirements.
* Audit and Finalization of accounts.
USING ACCOUNTING PACKAGE :
* Excellent working knowledge of SAP Business one, Tally ERP.
* Preparing various reports in excel from various data sources.
* Knowledge of Direct & Indirect Taxation.
* Should have ability to lead team and design system & processes.
