BRANCH OPERATION
• Stock transfer from H.O to Delivery Distributors and acknowledgment copy sent to H.O,
• If any stockset defect in dealer point by getting replacement approval from H.O and raised sale return
order sent to H.O
• After processing and getting credit note dealers
• Monitor all service activities for customer, above 200 dealer & above 5 distributor for the branch.
• Monthly once dealer visit had been attended
• Happy calls from customer & dealer side for satisfaction index
• Branch Expense claim report, TA/DA of technicians, Sales cash deposit details sent to H.O on
Monthly basis
• Sales Tax returned filed through consultant
Analysis and generation of key MIS reports
Analytical review of monthly Stock statements (FINISHED GOODS & SPARES) branch and
ensuring compliance with H.O Guide lines.
Statutory compliance
Preparation & submission of monthly vat & cst returns to CTO / Head Office
Maintenance of statutory records ATTENDENCE, LEAVE RECORDS, STAFF ADVANCE LEDGER, LIST
OF
HOLIDAYS, VISITOR REGISTER & PURCHASE & SALES OF FINISHED GOODS & SPARES FOR

Review of BRANCH UNDER SERVICE RELATED
Periodic review of all technicians & staffs to customer, dealer & distributor issues
Ensuring the reports from technician form completing properly or not
Technicians dealer visit made properly or not
Technician performance reports
CPC(call per cost), BCPC (branch call per cost) are reviewed and reduced next
Handling Consultants & Auditors
Preparation schedules as per Corporate Office guidelines for audit purpose
Provide timely support to consultant at the time of periodical audits
Ensure all schedules are audited without any major/high risk deviations
Software Proficiency
Excellent working knowledge on SAP CRM –SERVICE & MIS Other than I am having rich
knowledge in handling general Computer Operations, Microsoft Office, Word, Excel etc.,
Reconciliation
Reconciliation of all relevant accounts & prepares reconciliation reports on monthly basis
Achievements
I joined in latha steel traders, as computer operator in the year 1999. I have worked at various branch
their sales outlet for computer operations. Obtained appreciation letter for rendering excellent computer
operation with accounts for sales & purchase from Owner Got elevated to the level of Accounts manager
in the year 2006 at latha steel traders Monitoring of purchase , sales, bank, cash counting , payments to
supplier, cash withdraw from banks etc., Unfortunately I am major getting accident but god grace I am
suffered from damaged and taking bed rest for 2 to 3 month so I am not continuing the job resigned then
joined 2009 offered me a challenging position 24hrs job for arranging cab for MNC – corporate services , 2
yrs successfully done and developed no. of companies increased, But I want moved pan india company
at that time I had offer from Butterfly customer care , pondy branch as manager I have been elevated as
Branch Manager. Hence, on 05th
