PMO/Project lead/System analyst for Insurance Front end portal 2002-Present
Involved in end to end Insurance front-end portals delivery across Middle East, Asia and
Kenya, it simply means an application which does straight through processing (STP) or
process-oriented front-end software, coupled with back-office core insurance system.

My key involvement of all the projects above are as follows
1. Involved in product demonstration for potential client
2. Identify GAP’s that need to be address in existing system to ensure customer
products are well captured as per their expectation and Business need
3. Each points that need to developed are further presented in a form RAD (Request
analysis document to client
4. Ensure all documents are following process, I will co-ordinate with Approval
committee to ensure documents and solution are following Company standards.
5. Alias with customers to endorse all documents from our side to ensure customer
understands and accepts the solution provided.
6. Co-ordinate to get All relevant Test scripts that can certify all customer Business
needs are covered in our front-end solution
7. All project relevant document are kept at a common place to be accessible to all
stakeholders

8. Detailed out project plans.
9. Co-ordinate to pull all required resources and detail WBS drawn to implement
projects
10. Ensure dates and risk analysis are done on each activity and critical resource, well
manage predecessors
11. Managing co-ordination of resources and working groups engaged in project
work
12. Managing project scope and change control and escalating issues where
necessary.
13. Ensure all activities require in Application delivery process are followed and
ensure QAT are executed as per plans and fixes are managed by configuration
process
14. Ensure All customer Business needs are executed during QA process. All scenarios
captured are to be delivered along Application
15. Ensure all check list are followed during customer delivery upon QA approval
16. Application deployment are monitored from KL if implementers are to be
travelled on site to perform installation and ensure all supports are available to
close the all issues arises during installation
17. Make sure Customer has prepared all IT infra and Training material provided
before User training takes place.
18. All relevant sign off with regards to Infra will be obtained from both customer
and Vendor (us)
19. Ensure all issues are logged into ticketing system during UAT.
20. Qualifies issues for genuine defects, humans or setup and etc.
21. Negotiate with customer to finish and deploy all mission critical issues for UAT
sign off.
22. Ensure customer Go live activities are managed by implementers.
23. Team and I also involve in support activities which are based on SLA agreed with
customers.
