different selected physical activities.
▪ Physical Education is "education through the physical".
It aims to develop students’ physical competence and
knowledge of movement and safety, and their ability

associated with the development of an active and
healthy lifestyle.

A person who actively participates
will gain and maintain a healthy
and a great level of physical
fitness. Acquiring physical skills
can motivate an individual to join
physical activities; therefore, the
learner will enhance their healthy
growth and development.
Physical development includes
both growth and ability to use muscles
and body parts for skills. Both gross
(large muscle movements) and fine (small
movement) motor skills contribute to
physical development, and children often
learn a set of skills by a certain age.
6. SOCIAL
DEVELOPMENT
Social development is about
improving the well-being of
every individual in society so
they can reach their full
potential. Social
development means investing in
people.
It requires the removal of
barriers so that all citizens can
journey toward their dreams
with confidence and dignity.
7. EMOTIONAL DEVELOPMENT
EMOTIONAL DEVELOPMENT REFERS TO THE ABILITY TO RECOGNIZE, EXPRESS, AND MANAGE
