 Liaise with AFR Operations to ensure costing accuracy. 
 Accurate and timely expenditure provisions, audit, month end statements and management recharge are made. 
 Accurate & timely processing of inter-company expenses & payments.

 Liaise with Regional Office on report compilation where requested by Finance Manager. 
 Assist in compiling AFR Budget. 
 Support Finance Manager on ad- hoc projects. 
 Manage and reconcile prepayment accounts 
 Analyse monthly actual financial results after closure of accounts. 
 Innovate, identify and recommend process improvements for AFR Accounting 
 Ensure accurate verification of credit notes. 
 Prepare airline incentive claims. 
 Prepare payment for airlines and local agents. 
 Verify airline invoices 
 Timely and accurate financial reports, statements and AOP.
 Anaylse and process airline payment in ALP 
 Prepare monthly report on cargo sales turnover for submission to regional office. 
 Verify invoices from local/overseas agents and airlines for import shipments 
 Verify CCA for export shipments. 
 Follow-up outstanding account matters People - Management 
 Incumbent has no direct reports and authority over country line and functional personnel. Nevertheless he/she must be able to demonstrate ability to influence decisions/actions through provision of value-added inputs into the organisation’s business processes.
