around 23 % of people had normal
Body Mass Index.
 It was observed that 57% of
participants had elevated blood sugar
levels whereas 74% of them had
hypertension.

rest of them had diabetes or
hypertension & both.

9. Recommendations
 People with elevated sugar levels were
suggested to check their Fasting Glucose
Levels. For those with diabetes, checking
sugar levels every 3 months was suggested.
 Those who had high BP were suggested to
visit the doctor and monitor it for few days. If it
shows elevated levels, take medical advice.
 General guidelines on lifestyle modifications
with diet & exercise was advised according to
