• Chairman of the Board of Directors - The Honorable Steven S. Honigman is an attorney. Appointed by President Clinton and confirmed by
the Senate, Mr. Honigman served for five years as General Counsel of the Navy, with four-star equivalent rank. He has served as a director
of public and private companies in the national defense, intelligence and nuclear energy sectors. Mr. Honigman received his law degree
from Yale Law School.
• Chief Executive Officer - Edward “Ted” Mc McNamara has over 20 years of experience in the energy, infrastructure and management
consulting industries. He is currently Managing Director of Lansdowne Infrastructure Capital where he is providing consulting services to
multiple energy and infrastructure companies. Mr. McNamara graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a BA in Economics and
Computer Applications and received his MBA from Georgetown University.
• Chief Financial Officer - Joel Mutnick is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the states of Florida, Maryland, and Colorado.Mr. Mutnick
has over 30 years of financial accounting experience in public accounting firms and has provided effective, cost-efficient, independent
audits to small, medium, and large companies in the private and public sectors. Mr. Mutnick has performed more than 75 audits of
companies in the US and also in France, England, Bermuda, the Turks and Caicos Islands and the Caymans. Mr. Mutnick graduated with a
Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Wayne State University.
• Sr. VP Asia, Director - Dr. Jung K. Paeng is the founder and chairman of Korea Green Business Association, which was formed to promote
the Low Carbon and Green Growth Policy of the Korean Government. He was the president and CIO of Hyundai Motor Company (HMC)
and Kia Motors Corporation (KMC). He earned a Ph.D. degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Iowa.
• Sr. VP Latin America, Director - Alejandro Camargo was the founder and CEO of European Import Motors. He was the Project Director of
Camargo Arquitetcos specializing in design and construction of luxury residential homes. He is a partner of Cerveceria CBADA, SA de CV, a
brewing company based in Nuevo Leon Mexico. He is Senior VP and Co-Director of Intelimeter Monterrey and Solar Easy, a company that

• VP of Operations, Director - Luis Ramon Alonso is the founder and CEO of Intelemeter, S.A., a Mexican company dedicated to
developing clean and renewable energy projects. Intelimeter has developed more than one hundred commercial photovoltaic solar
installations and has built and currently operates anaerobic digestion projects with biogas fueled micro turbines and internal
combustion engines on dairy and pork farms. Intelimeter is building an anaerobic digester for a 20,000-cow diary and a 2 MW
combined heat and power (CHP) facility using biogas and a bio-fertilize. Intelimeter is developing a 10,000-liters-per-day bio-diesel
plant utilizing higuerilla seeds and waste cooking oil as feedstock. Mr. Alonso graduated with honors from the Institito
Technological Y De Estudios Superios De Monterrey in 1986.
• Senior Advisor, Director - Kenneth DeRoberts is CEO of Progressive Capital International and the Government Strategy Group, which
specializes in corporate and government financial management advisory services. Mr. DeRoberts also served as Executive Vice
President of the Printon Kane Group where he was in charge of Capital Markets investment banking operations. Mr. DeRoberts
received his degree in Finance from Newberry College.
• Senior Advisor, Director - David Mayer has been involved in private and public funding for companies since 1983. He is a founder of
Korea Growth Partners, an international consulting and business development firm. Mr. Mayer has served as an advisor, board
member and member of select business policy and advisory committees of numerous small-to mid-cap market companies. He has
assisted in initiating and organizing a number of mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, debt and equity financings, and public
offerings for early and intermediate development stage South American companies. Mr. Mayer holds a BA from Muhlenberg College
in History and Political Science and attended Fordham Law School.
• Independent Director - Thomas S. Kim is founder and President of Thomas Capitol Partners, Inc., an international lobbying and
investment advisory firm. Mr. Kim's practice centers on representing and advising the Government of the Republic of Korea and
the Korea International Trade Association on a wide variety of political, security, military, cultural, economic and trade matters
before the United States Congress. Prior to founding Thomas Capitol Partners, Mr. Kim was a Partner and Chair of the Asia Practice
for Scribe Strategies & Advisors, Inc., a foreign government relations advisory firm. Mr. Kim is on the Board of Directors of The
Mirae Foundation, Inc. and is also an advisor to several Korean American organizations. He was educated at The Johns Hopkins
University (B.A.) and Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service (M.S.).

• Advisory Board Member – Colonel Jack Jacobs, United States Army (retired) has extensive investment banking and investment
management experience. Jacobs was awarded the Congressional Medal of Honor and also received two Silver Stars, three Bronze Stars

Shearson Lehman. He serves on the boards of many entities and businesses and currently serves as Military Analyst for NBC and

United States Military Academy at West Point, NY.
• Advisory Board Member - Vice Admiral Robert T. Conway Jr., United States Navy (retired) has senior experience in maritime operations,
leading globally distributed organizations, facilities management, energy efficiency, risk management, security operations, strategic
communications and marketing. Since his retirement from the U.S. Navy, he has been a consultant to national and multi-national
companies and serves as director of Monster.com. Vice Admiral Conway received a B.A. in Education/History at St. Francis University
and M.S. Education at Providence University, and also attended the Industrial College of the Armed Forces and various Executive
Leadership Schools.
