malfunctioned on the 51st floor of Tower 1
leaving a Cherry Picker dangling
precariously over high traffic areas
MobileDOCK was used to:
• Cancel and broadcast all incoming
bookings
• Close the site to any additional
bookings
• Selectively enable priority deliveries to
be automatically approved
No Congestion, No confusion, 100%
visibility
• Over 90% of appointment bookings being made and approved
automatically via the web with NO INTERACTION required
from Dock Management
• Over 3,000,000 appointments completed
• Average Dwell time onsite has fallen from 44 mins to approx.
25 mins
• Congestion has been eliminated from the sites.
• Unauthorised vehicles being identified before entry to site
• Visibility of who is arriving, why they are coming and how long
they intend to stay enabling increased site security

MobileDOCK connects a community
Managing On Street Loading Zones
• Establish On Street Loading spaces designated for commercial use by MobileDOCK users
• Carriers request a booking via MobileDOCK requesting a specific Zone and time
• MobileDOCK auto assesses availability at that time and either:
• Confirms availability
• Suggests 5 other options after the preferred time for the carrier to select
• MobileDOCK assigns the space and sends through appointment confirmation
• Driver opens MobileDOCK app, inputs registration and obtains ETA and suggested route
• Driver arrives at the loading Zone and occupies one of the spaces (NB MobileDOCK will confirm
availability of the Zone not the space)
• Driver uses MobileDOCK from Driver’s phone to automatically detect arrival at Zone
