The main difference and what is the same i.e. the policy
More specifics on the next slide – but this change in environmental impacts is THE KEY CHANGE
Julie's Bicycle recognises that creative organisations come in different shapes and sizes and, as a result, will have different environmental impacts – from energy and water, to business travel and touring.
Julie's Bicycle recognises that creative organisations come in different shapes and sizes and, as a result, will have different environmental impacts – from energy and water, to business travel and touring.
There are two main ways to collect energy and water data through meter readings and invoices
The first one is through meter readings. How data is presented varies a lot from one meter reading to another. Some meter readings give energy data in kwh for electricity and gas and some meter readings show gas information in m3. If that former one is your case, you need to get in contact with us as we can convert m3 to kwh. Water. It normally shows the information in m3.
The second one is invoices.
Also talk about comparing data between years, use the metrics from the drop down menu – this is how we review your data – so you are encouraged to interrogate it, analyse it, start drawing your own conclusions, are you reducing? Are you increasing? Are your interventions having an effect?
Documents relating to the reporting year in question so 2015/16. Can be the same doc twice if you have merged policy and action plans. You can put in notes if there is something further you want to tell us but please be aware, it is a requirement to submit something – even if it is a draft!
