In daily contact with broker base to schedule phone closings. Prepped files that were received from the
underwriting department to account for documents prior to a closer working the file. Pulled flood certifications
and tracked daily activity. Created monthly reports to track productivity. Liaison between closing, funding and
underwriting departments to allow Brokers to follow-up on the progress of their clients files.
