In-House Engineering activities carried out were

The project scope is to carry out the conceptual study to Integrate 4 projects (i.e. Gathering
Facilities expansion, Gas lift Phase-II, Produced Water Management, Dry to Wet train
conversion) as one Integrated project and to carry out the Integrated FEED.
• Bab Integrated Facilities Project – FEED
The project scope is to increase the production by 30,000 BOPD and to sustain 450,000
BOPD from BAB field. This involved additional new wells to be drilled on a PAD concept to
minimise the congestion in the field, Dewatering facilities upstream in the gathering stations &
new production train of additional 176,000 BLPD in the Central degassing station.
Debottlenecking the existing facilities and proposed any new requirements in terms of
additional transfer lines equipment’s, utilities, etc
• ASAB Phase-II Development Project – Concept + FEED

The project scope was to evaluate and identify any bottleneck in surface facilities to meet the
sub-surface requirements for Phase-II developments, to optimize gathering network
configuration in terms of number of Gathering Stations (RDS’s) required, while allowing re-
routing of the pre-phase-II wells to new RDS’s, specify additional gas lift requirements, and
produced water handling facilities as required. Phase-II development shall contains wells that
are planned to be drilled from 2019 onwards, these includes 109 OP wells and existing 118
wells that are proposed to be re-routed. Facilities include 4 new RDS’s (Gathering Stations)
New Gas lift Compression train in CDS, & Produced water Re-injection facilities & Network.
• Mender Field Development Project – Conceptual Study (Stage 4 & 6) & FEED.
Mender (Mn) field development was approved by Shareholders, as a component of Phase II of
the 1.8 MMBD project. The field is approved to be developed to produce 16-20 MBOPD from
Thamama Zone A (TZA), Thamama Zone B (TZB) and Lower Bab Mender (LBM) with
pressure maintenance by means of Water injection.
A Stage-4 & Stage-6 activity (Concept Identification and Selections) for Mender development
was successfully completed in-house and with the recommendation submitted to ADNOC and
its shareholders for Gate-7 approval. Approval from SH’s received and FEED for Mender
Development in on-going with the target completion by Q1-14
• Qusahwira – Phase-II Development – Feasibility (Stage-4) & Conceptual Study
(Stage activities.
Qusahwira field is one of the 1.8 MMbd building blocks approved at ADCO JMC Board
meeting. The Qusahwira field is to be developed in two phases to produce a total of 55Mbopd
from Thamama zones F and A/B, with due considerations to overall plans for SE Abu Dhabi
development activities. A Stage-4 & Stage-6 activity (Concept Identification and Selections) for
Qw-Phase-II development was successfully completed in-house and with the recommendation
submitted to ADNOC and its shareholders for Gate-7 approval. Approval from SH’s received
and FEED for Qw-Phase-II Development in on-going with the target completion by Q3-14.
• TPO Master Plan Study – Concept Study Verification and FEED
The objective of the project was to justify the requirement of a New MOL-3.3 between
Bab/Habshan to MP-21 by considering all the possible credible scenario, Major scope was to
develop the entire MOL network and compare the results been presented by Consultant (ILF)
to cross verify the bottlenecks being identified in the network, including the feasibility of
transporting crude oil considering an increment of the production to a sustainable level of 1.8
MMBOPD and a technical level of +20% to the sustainable level. The Scope was also to
identify the possible bottlenecks in the facilities MOL pumps with respect to various identified
cases (flow diversions to Fujairah) and flag it out to Assets for necessary actions.
• Bu-Hasa Master Plan Study
Bu-Hasa Master Plan is a vision towards Bu-Hasa field over the next 50 years. The study is
currently under progress and the objective of this study is solving the congestion issues in the
field w.r.t flow lines orientation towards RDS’s and CDS. To accommodate new wells planned
to be drilled in order to sustain the Bu-Hasa production over the next 30 years, also the
additional new facilities if required need to be phased over the period of years. The scope
involved was to check the adequacy of the existing transfer line and the central facilities in
order to handle the increase in W/C and GOR in order to sustain the production from Bu-Hasa
and for additional 100 MBOPD. The Study has currently Kick-off and is currently under
feasibility stage wherein various options shall be identified and screened and the most
technical economical screened option shall be taken forward towards next Gate.
ADCO awarded the contract to FW for transporting 1MMBOPD ZADCO crude to Takreer on
behalf of ADNOC. The scope of the project was to carry out a Conceptual Study in conjunction
with FW and other ADNOC stakeholders. Takreer refineries is undergoing expansion in order
process 425 MBOPD of offshore crude from ZADCO. The Project scope shall also study the
various possible options to transport 425 MBOPD from ZADCO to Takreer and the surplus
crude to JD either by a dedicated transfer lines or utilizing the existing ADCO MOL network.

Development of Thayfut, Runib, Runib.S & Rima fields, EOR development by polymer
flooding, identifying the most feasible options for field developments, Options evaluations and
screening, Capex & Opex Evaluations, Hydraulic Simulations, Equipment sizing, Participation
in Peer Assist, Concept Selection workshop & Value Assurance review (VAR). Preparation of
concept selection Report, compliance to DCAF requirements. Appreciated from PDO
management for successful completion of conceptual design and engineering
activities.
 Thayfut EOR Development – Conceptual Study
Identifying various options for Water Treatment Plant (WTP), Steam Generation (HRSG OR
DFSG), Hydrocarbon Gathering System, Processing Facilities. Floating inquiries to vendors for
WTP, HRSG & DFSG. Follow-up for clarifications if any. Options evaluations, screening and
selecting the best suitable options based on CAPEX & OPEX. Steam generator (HRSG &
DFSG) options to produce 80 % steam quality to produce 6000 tpd of steam to be injected at
a pressure of around 80-100 bar (g) pressure and 300 deg C temperature. Preparation of
concept study report for WTP, Steam generations, Hydrocarbon gathering and Processing
facilities.
 Concept Study- Saih Nihayda gas plant debottlenecking study.
Increasing the capacity of SNGP from 20 MMSCMD to 25 MMSCMD, developing simulation

This involved additional new wells to be drilled on a PAD concept to minimise the congestion in the field, Dewatering facilities upstream in the gathering stations & new production train of additional 176,000 BLPD in the Central degassing station. Debottlenecking the existing facilities and proposed any new requirements in terms of additional transfer lines equipment’s, utilities, etc • ASAB Phase-II Development Project – Concept + FEED Page 2 of 6

LOHARIA Ph: 00971-507894438(Mobile) Present Location: ABU DHABI, UAE juberloharia@hotmail.com The project scope was to evaluate and identify any bottleneck in surface facilities to meet the sub-surface requirements for Phase-II developments, to optimize gathering network configuration in terms of number of Gathering Stations (RDS’s) required, while allowing re- routing of the pre-phase-II wells to new RDS’s, specify additional gas lift requirements, and produced water handling facilities as required. Phase-II development shall contains wells that are planned to be drilled from 2019 onwards, these includes 109 OP wells and existing 118 wells that are proposed to be re-routed. Facilities include 4 new RDS’s (Gathering Stations) New Gas lift Compression train in CDS, & Produced water Re-injection facilities & Network. • Mender Field Development Project – Conceptual Study (Stage 4 & 6) & FEED. Mender (Mn) field development was approved by Shareholders, as a component of Phase II of the 1.8 MMBD project. The field is approved to be developed to produce 16-20 MBOPD from Thamama Zone A (TZA), Thamama Zone B (TZB) and Lower Bab Mender (LBM) with pressure maintenance by means of Water injection. A Stage-4 & Stage-6 activity (Concept Identification and Selections) for Mender development was successfully completed in-house and with the recommendation submitted to ADNOC and its shareholders for Gate-7 approval. Approval from SH’s received and FEED for Mender Development in on-going with the target completion by Q1-14 • Qusahwira – Phase-II Development – Feasibility (Stage-4) & Conceptual Study (Stage activities. Qusahwira field is one of the 1.8 MMbd building blocks approved at ADCO JMC Board meeting. The Qusahwira field is to be developed in two phases to produce a total of 55Mbopd from Thamama zones F and A/B, with due considerations to overall plans for SE Abu Dhabi development activities. A Stage-4 & Stage-6 activity (Concept Identification and Selections) for Qw-Phase-II development was successfully completed in-house and with the recommendation submitted to ADNOC and its shareholders for Gate-7 approval. Approval from SH’s received and FEED for Qw-Phase-II Development in on-going with the target completion by Q3-14. • TPO Master Plan Study – Concept Study Verification and FEED The objective of the project was to justify the requirement of a New MOL-3.3 between Bab/Habshan to MP-21 by considering all the possible credible scenario, Major scope was to develop the entire MOL network and compare the results been presented by Consultant (ILF) to cross verify the bottlenecks being identified in the network, including the feasibility of transporting crude oil considering an increment of the production to a sustainable level of 1.8 MMBOPD and a technical level of +20% to the sustainable level. The Scope was also to identify the possible bottlenecks in the facilities MOL pumps with respect to various identified cases (flow diversions to Fujairah) and flag it out to Assets for necessary actions. • Bu-Hasa Master Plan Study Bu-Hasa Master Plan is a vision towards Bu-Hasa field over the next 50 years. The study is currently under progress and the objective of this study is solving the congestion issues in the field w.r.t flow lines orientation towards RDS’s and CDS. To accommodate new wells planned to be drilled in order to sustain the Bu-Hasa production over the next 30 years, also the additional new facilities if required need to be phased over the period of years. The scope involved was to check the adequacy of the existing transfer line and the central facilities in order to handle the increase in W/C and GOR in order to sustain the production from Bu-Hasa and for additional 100 MBOPD. The Study has currently Kick-off and is currently under feasibility stage wherein various options shall be identified and screened and the most technical economical screened option shall be taken forward towards next Gate. ADCO awarded the contract to FW for transporting 1MMBOPD ZADCO crude to Takreer on behalf of ADNOC. The scope of the project was to carry out a Conceptual Study in conjunction with FW and other ADNOC stakeholders. Takreer refineries is undergoing expansion in order process 425 MBOPD of offshore crude from ZADCO.
