• Concept of the business pivot and alternative paths to success.

Minimum Viable Product (MVP) & Pivoting
• How to think about MVPs in respect of markets conditions and development stage of the product?
• How and why MVPs were done correctly or not? What to do with development that is beyond MVP?
• Defining your MVP and testing what customers are willing to pay for. What to do with product features
that customers are unwilling to pay for?
WORKSHOP 3
• Market potential (Total Addressable Market) vs MVS and defining my MVS.
• Initial strategy to identify and reach customers.
• Why positioning is important in a global market and what is my value proposition. How to test
without complete product or how to rescue stalled products?
