Officially I am a waiter at the Masonmill Family Restaurant, but I also work part time as a Barista; all whilst I study a BA - Legal Studies at Murdoch University. Hopefully I will be transferring into LLB - Bachelor of Laws this semester. Before joining the team at the Rose Heritage Café , I worked as an Apprentice Chef for a five-star restaurant — The Loose Box –- and was lucky enough to work with the award winning chef, Alain Faregués, for two years. I’m truly passionate about my work and always eager to connect with other people. While I enjoy all aspects of my job, hospitality is not where I want to work eternally.
