Rift Concepts, is a new multifaceted design company in South Africa.
SonikBoom was contracted to help them design a marketing infrastructure
that communicated their young and fresh outlook whilst still having
corporate appeal.
The solution was firstly to understand their business and target market, help
them develop objectives and strategies and from there, develop the
infrastructure they needed to grow their brand.
The following services were provided:

needed to rebrand their Sun Command Automatic Pool Cleaner to Blu52
and SonikBoom Productions was contracted to do this.

purchases of the Africhem pool sanitiser’s floaters /pods.
Solution:
Message In A Bottle competition
Run over 6 months
Advertise competition through sicker on each bottle of product.
Message / competition details placed inside the head of the
floater and retrieved once floater is finished.
Public enter by retrieving their message from the bottle and enter
the competition at the specialist pool store they purchased their
floater from.

Requirements:
Together with the ‘DSA’ team , SonikBoom was involved with the
event from planning to execution.
SonikBoom put the Sponsorship proposal together, assisted in
sourcing sponsors (such as FutureLife and Coke Zero), sourced
top level South African entertainment, arranged the venue
amongst other project management services.
SonikBoom Productions also provided Social Media
management and over-all marketing services to DSA.

SonikBoom needed to come up with an idea for intimate networking as a way for
Hereford Group to source new clients without guests feeling as though they were
attending a seminar / sales pitch.
We came up with the idea of hosting 3 events over 5 months where business people,
entrepreneurs and like-minded people met to socialize and network with people from
many types of industries in a casual setting. Insiders Networking club was a bourbon
tasting event predominantly focused on men. Wine connect events used wine tasting as
a platform, primarily focused on ladies.
At the end of the evening , Hereford introduced themselves and held a raffle .
Hereford received a database of all guests that SonikBoom had put together- from there
they were able to call / email guests a few days post event and offer their financial
services.
SonikBoom needed to conceptualise each event, design the invites, manage rsvp’s,
create a database, start and manage social media sites for both concepts, source
venues, organise food and drinks, organise music, raffles, prizes and sponsors and
emcee at each event.

SonikBoom was involved with the event from planning to execution. In
both years vendors, sponsors, entertainment/ DJ’s needed to be
sourced. Set up & strike down as well as on-site management on the
day.
2011- SonikBoom promoters were required to activate sponsor,
SupremeCream’s product.
2012- SonikBoom promoters were required to activate MTN’s Mobile
Money campaign.

SonikBoom was contracted to help them design a marketing infrastructure that communicated their young and fresh outlook whilst still having corporate appeal. The solution was firstly to understand their business and target market, help them develop objectives and strategies and from there, develop the infrastructure they needed to grow their brand. The following services were provided: • Research on current standards & trends of competitors in the industry. • CI development • Manage website development with partner company, Aglet Interactive. • Develop social media plan and train Rift Concepts to be able to manage their own social media.

They needed to rebrand their Sun Command Automatic Pool Cleaner to Blu52 and SonikBoom Productions was contracted to do this. The following services were provided: • Research on current standards & trends of competitors in the industry. • Strategic suggestions on the direction of design for the new Automatic Pool cleaner. • Box / packaging design and printing. • Photography for the Automatic Pool Cleaner and the Blu52 accessories •Reworking of previous owner’s manual to match that of industry standards: Content and Design. •Reworking of previous manufacturer’s warranty to match that of industry standards: Content, design and legal.

Solution: Message In A Bottle competition Run over 6 months Advertise competition through sicker on each bottle of product. Message / competition details placed inside the head of the floater and retrieved once floater is finished. Public enter by retrieving their message from the bottle and enter the competition at the specialist pool store they purchased their floater from. 3x winners of a Cruise 1x winner from the pool shop that has the most entries.

DIABETES SOUTH AFRICA Diabetes South Africa Jozi run/walk 2014 •Event Management •Vendor sourcing •Sponsorship sourcing •Entertainment sourcing •Project Management •Social media management Johannesburg Run/Walk 2014 For Diabetes Association of South Africa (DSA) 27 Sept 2014: Requirements: Together with the ‘DSA’ team , SonikBoom was involved with the event from planning to execution. SonikBoom put the Sponsorship proposal together, assisted in sourcing sponsors (such as FutureLife and Coke Zero), sourced top level South African entertainment, arranged the venue amongst other project management services. SonikBoom Productions also provided Social Media management and over-all marketing services to DSA.

HEREFORD GROUP Hereford Group •Networking event •Event management •Logo Design •Social media management •Invitation design •Database creation and management. • Insiders Networking Club •Wine Connect Insiders Networking Club and Wine Connect For Hereford Group Requirements: Design, plan, execute event. Invite design. Social media management. 1 or 2 hosts/hostesses at each event +- 40 people at each event SonikBoom needed to come up with an idea for intimate networking as a way for Hereford Group to source new clients without guests feeling as though they were attending a seminar / sales pitch. We came up with the idea of hosting 3 events over 5 months where business people, entrepreneurs and like-minded people met to socialize and network with people from many types of industries in a casual setting. Insiders Networking club was a bourbon tasting event predominantly focused on men. Wine connect events used wine tasting as a platform, primarily focused on ladies. At the end of the evening , Hereford introduced themselves and held a raffle . Hereford received a database of all guests that SonikBoom had put together- from there they were able to call / email guests a few days post event and offer their financial services. SonikBoom needed to conceptualise each event, design the invites, manage rsvp’s, create a database, start and manage social media sites for both concepts, source venues, organise food and drinks, organise music, raffles, prizes and sponsors and emcee at each event.

In both years vendors, sponsors, entertainment/ DJ’s needed to be sourced. Set up & strike down as well as on-site management on the day. 2011- SonikBoom promoters were required to activate sponsor, SupremeCream’s product. 2012- SonikBoom promoters were required to activate MTN’s Mobile Money campaign.
