logging/perforating, stimulation treatments, artificial lift systems, chemical treatments, conformance solutions, etc.).
In charge of Design and Evaluation of sand control technologies and services including fluids, equipment, and
downhole tools; and development of solutions for sand control needs.
Designs and implements Gravel Pack/Sand Control as well as directs on-site leadership and supervision of gravel
pack operations.
Directs Open-hole and Cased-hole gravel packs.
Carries out Evaluation and Design ofhorizontal completions, sand control/frac pack, well testing, tubing conveyed
perforating (TCP), completion fluids and displacement of same.
Conducts standard work processes such as well program design, uncertainty management, completions selection,
Complex Well and HSSE processes.
Directs planning and engineering ofcompletion projects including technical research,procurement of services,cost

Such completions involve high-profile projects, e.g. deep-water and sand control environments (requiring application of intelligent systems,sand control tools, and pumping equipment), high rate well completion designs, high temperature high pressure (HTHP) environments, zonal isolation, water shut-off, and high cost completions. Directs Basis of Well Design document (e.g. detail completion concept, screen size, pressure & temperature limit required during completion & well life, gravelpack/completion/frac design, frac fluid specifications, proppant size/type etc.). Accountable for all aspects of completion design and implementation,from the sand face to the Lower and Upper completions. Executes Lower completions with Sump packers and Gravel pack installation. Performs Upper Completion technology, Packers, Nipples, Safety valves, Hangers and all associated tools and equipment. Knowledge in evaluation and design; execution and/or installation of the Frac Pack, Well Testing, Tubing Conveyed Perforating (TCP), Completion Fluid Displacement, UpperCompletion hardware,Sub-Surface Safety Valve (SSSV) and Down-Hole Pressure/Temperature Instruments. Organized thermalmodeling,materials selection,specification and selection of completion components and services; identification of well servicing, well intervention requirements and tooling. Performsdetailed completionengineering tasksinsupportofgenerating newwellconstructionplans (i.e.selection of completion fluids, liner strings, zonal isolation means, packers/flow control devices, well test programs, cased hole logging/perforating, stimulation treatments, artificial lift systems, chemical treatments, conformance solutions, etc.). In charge of Design and Evaluation of sand control technologies and services including fluids, equipment, and downhole tools; and development of solutions for sand control needs. Designs and implements Gravel Pack/Sand Control as well as directs on-site leadership and supervision of gravel pack operations. Directs Open-hole and Cased-hole gravel packs. Carries out Evaluation and Design ofhorizontal completions, sand control/frac pack, well testing, tubing conveyed perforating (TCP), completion fluids and displacement of same. Conducts standard work processes such as well program design, uncertainty management, completions selection, Complex Well and HSSE processes. Assesses existing well completion methods in order to determine their efficiency as per the applied methodologies (fluids used, penetration equipment, current and capital workover and development procedures, applied perforation systems of various manufacturers and their impact on the quality of work performed) and the enhancement potential. Executes preliminary completion and operations design that permits the development and of various well design concepts under consideration for current and future field development plan implementation. In particular emphasis is given to completion design principles and philosophies coupled with design of downhole and surface equipment. Ensures Company database is properly updated and useful for obtaining completion planning information. Leads completion design focusing on completion strategy, completion type and fluid design, sand control technologies, perforation plan for each generic well type, well bore hydraulics, tubular connections, instrumentation requirements, artificial lift designs and selection, and wellhead designs. Maintains knowledge base in completion and production technology and incorporates value-added technology into development plans, completion/production procedures, and technology planning/budgeting. Carriesout technical support for use of packersand/or other downhole tools for MultiStage Completionapplications. In charged of well completion, having capability to formulate high level design (gauges, sleeves, gas-lift valves, sand control) with knowledge of TSA - Tubing Stress Analysis under different well operating environments.
