 Supported the business restructuring and improved operational efficiency through IT
automation
 Supported the manufacturing consolidation and outsourcing to Asia and Mexico
 Developed electronic exchanges with customers and suppliers through EDI (Electronic
Data Interchange) and SAO (Service-Oriented Architecture)

 In the first 18 months of the LBO, managed to:
 Outsource the IT infrastructure and services globally, following a selective outsourcing
strategy with three major global players
 Establish a standalone IT organization and systems

 Implemented a global financial consolidation systems based on SAP-BO
