Joseph DiBella serves as managing director and executive vice president for the Conner Strong & Buckelew health and benefits consulting firm. In this role, Joseph DiBella is responsible for the firm's Employee Benefits Division in its entirety. He also consults on an array of benefits-related matters for key clients. Prior to his work with Conner Strong & Buckelew, Joseph DiBella spent nearly 15 years with Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey. As a national account manager, he oversaw a portfolio of plans for large-scale and high profile clients, including prominent Fortune 100 clients.
