 Preparation & implementation of work contract, AMC & shut down contracts etc.
 Maintain and ensure compliance of SOPs and policies for regular maintenance.
 Adoption of new technologies and providing training to subordinates.
 Inculating a culture of innovation & continuous improvement based on concepts of TQM
