Preaching
I have a deep love for the Word of God and a gift for preaching it compellingly. As a student of the Word first, I find it a focus of mine to explain the depth of the Bible without losing focus on life change and application.
Teaching
I have taught groups of all ages from Jr. high to the broad range of believer who sits in a Sunday service. I have taught formally in classroom settings and informally in small group discipleship settings as well.
Leadership
Leading others in discipleship, ministry development and outreach is what being a Church together is all about. As the family of God, we are called to be servant leaders who continually bear fruit in one another’s lives while multiplying the impact of God in this world.
Vision Casting
I have had opportunity to develop a strong biblical vision for ministry within the church in multiple contexts, and I thrive with the opportunity to cast that vision to others as well. Vision is nothing if it does not move beyond the visionary.
Spiritual Development
Developing spiritual growth and spiritual disciplines in those we lead is of paramount importance. Living life authentically with one another affords us the opportunity to more greatly impact those we lead. Fruit in the Christian life does not come without pruning and intentional development – this is one of my passions and strengths.

Counseling
I have a gift and much experience in shepherding God’s people of all ages and through difficulties and good times alike. I have a unique ability to see to the heart of a problem or difficult situation and speak to it with clarity and compassion.
Program Development
I have a great amount of experience developing, implementing, and overseeing programs within the Church in a number of different areas. The growth and development of small groups for study and accountability, worship services, outreach events and retreats are just a few areas I have seen God work through me in. I have developed strong programs for all areas of the Church from youth through adults.
I am a pastor who lives out a heart to show the glory of God and the love of Christ through relationships, lifestyle, and attitude. I passionately preach and teach the truth of Scripture without compromise, so that others have a better understanding of what it means to know Christ & have a deeper commitment to follow Him. I am driven to see Christ’s Church grow in discipleship and outreach - being a light in this broken world.
