Expedite and provide solutions and analysis to customer needs including orders, products,
pricing, logistics, and generation of reports.
Process pharmaceutical commercial and free goods orders in SAP for animal health division;
coordinate special deal orders with and for customers.
Manage product recalls, expired product returns processing and issue related debits/credits.
Manage and headed the transition of outdated product returns vendors which included: creating
new processes and reports, resolving any and all issues from internal or external.
Compile and distribute multiple operational reports through Microsoft Access (backordered
products, allocated products, open orders, etc.).
Contribute to the consolidation and optimization of the free goods and new practice plan forms for
easier use, updating them for outsource vendor.
Effective self-directed teamwork in the development of plans and strategies designed to solve
problems, increase efficiencies, and accomplish individual goals.
Manage the day to day activity for both BIVI’s largest Swine and Pet product accounts which
include order processing, deduction research, and general account maintenance.
Provide support to both the animal and human health operating unit teams.
