The Wealth Core Program (WCP) Project was to take the many books of record systems that currently
run the Wealth Business and migrate to a single integrated platform, which will support all Wealth Core
and Businesses. This will allow better automation and support for many potential products.
Roles/Responsibilities
• Decompose complex applications within the Wealth Sub-Programs for new development projects
and enhancements to legacy systems. This includes analyzing business requirements to create
functional specifications, process flows, use cases and other documentation (SRS – System
Requirements Specification, SDS – System Design Specification)

 This Application involves several systems in the treatment of client accounts managed by
an Introducing Broker (IB) or an Investment Counsellor (IC) with respect to fees,
commissions and other charges. One of the key reports ‘Schedule E’ (the dividing of
fees, commissions and charges between the IB’s and the bank) to be automated from the
current partially manual process. This also included Transaction Commissions, Interest
charges and Mutual Fund Trailer fees.
• Monthly Client Statements
 Decomposed the current monthly statements application for DB, FP, PIA, IS, and PB.
Involves 3rd
party vendors for composition, printing and mail/merge.
• Cash Requirement Analysis
 Provide a facility for WM Finance to monitor the firm’s daily cash requirements by
generating specific Cash Requirements Analysis reports and the Finance IIROC
Compliance reports
• Evaluation – Credit & Risk
 This new Evaluation of Credit and Risk application to provide a Facility for the Credit &
Risk group to access and monitor credit and risk reports of client accounts by the
Credit/Risk, Compliance, Audit and Finance Departments. Some of the other functional
requirements from this sub-process related to Margin, EOD Credit & Regulatory
Reporting, Cash/Plan/Margin Account Monitoring, Concentration/Portfolio Monitoring and

The Business Transformation Project (BTP) was part of the larger government effort to transform the
delivery of social assistance into a more cost-effective system that is responsive to clients and
accountable to the taxpayers of Ontario. This Project is a re-design of the old CIMS systems (Mainframe)
into a 3-tier Platform (Back-End Mainframe, MS COM-TI Middle-Tier & Front-End HTML, Java & ASP).
I am known as an effective Team member and Leader with excellent communication skills. I have the
portable skills and ability to work in both a technical and business oriented role. During this project, I had
different roles depending on the phase. I started as a Developer/Analyst, then into a Team Leadership
role, to a Mentor and Knowledge Transfer Expert. I welcomed any challenge!

CIBC Feb 2011 – June 2011 Senior Business Systems Analyst (Contract) Roles/Responsibilities • Develop the Solution Requirements for the various components of the new Platform for the RFP Process:  Image Capture – Paper & Electronic  Image Exchange  Data Perfection  Balancing and Settlement • Interact with the business clients to understand the requirements • Interact with architects and technical leads to convey the possible interface of the software • Interact with the development team Beacon Program Project The project involved the rebuilding of the Cheque and Remittance Functional Areas, which included the CPCS Replacement and Proof Elimination. The initial requirement was to provide Corporate Services with Solution Requirements for the RFP process. Once the vendor had been selected, the detail Solution Requirements will follow and the eventual deployment of the new Platform. TD Waterhouse (contract with CGI) Aug 2010 – Feb 2011 Business Systems Analyst (Contract) WCP (Wealth Core Program) The Wealth Core Program (WCP) Project was to take the many books of record systems that currently run the Wealth Business and migrate to a single integrated platform, which will support all Wealth Core and Businesses. This will allow better automation and support for many potential products. Roles/Responsibilities • Decompose complex applications within the Wealth Sub-Programs for new development projects and enhancements to legacy systems.   • 4.  This Application involves several systems in the treatment of client accounts managed by an Introducing Broker (IB) or an Investment Counsellor (IC) with respect to fees, commissions and other charges. One of the key reports ‘Schedule E’ (the dividing of fees, commissions and charges between the IB’s and the bank) to be automated from the current partially manual process. This also included Transaction Commissions, Interest charges and Mutual Fund Trailer fees. • Monthly Client Statements  Decomposed the current monthly statements application for DB, FP, PIA, IS, and PB. Involves 3rd party vendors for composition, printing and mail/merge. • Cash Requirement Analysis  Provide a facility for WM Finance to monitor the firm’s daily cash requirements by generating specific Cash Requirements Analysis reports and the Finance IIROC Compliance reports • Evaluation – Credit & Risk  This new Evaluation of Credit and Risk application to provide a Facility for the Credit & Risk group to access and monitor credit and risk reports of client accounts by the Credit/Risk, Compliance, Audit and Finance Departments. Some of the other functional requirements from this sub-process related to Margin, EOD Credit & Regulatory Reporting, Cash/Plan/Margin Account Monitoring, Concentration/Portfolio Monitoring and Option Account (daily and expiring) monitoring. In this project I was part of the team that converted the current online transactions to the 4700 full screen transactions. This involved the development of new online programs written in IMS Cobol and DB2. • Another application worked on was the Automatic update of online balances for the Green Machine (ATM).
