Actively looking for a QC and/or welding inspection role. Returned to the UK (UK citizen) after working and living in
Canada since November 2012. Employed at Alstar oilfield contractors to facilitate & implement a Quality Control
Department on site. This project was commenced, initially solely, until satisfactory requirements and procedures
were met and in place. Recruitment of the QC staff team then subsequent progression of the teams on-site training
and supervision.. Alstar oilfield contractors recent ABSA audit has proven that the department is achieving its aims
and goals , the company scored 99.3%. Prior to the development of the department the previous result was
significantly lower.With over 25 years experience in the welding/engineering industry and before moving into a QC
role was previously a multi coded pipe welder in a variety of environments such as oil and gas, nuclear, coal, petro
chemical and fabrication shops

● Reviewing ITPs
● Reviewing and implementing QC manual and management systems
● Inspection and QC report writing, record/log keeping and data input
● Liaising with clients pre,during and post project completion
