I am serving as a summer associate for the full-service international law firm Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP this summer. I will be working in the Winston-Salem office, primarily with the investment management and corporate law teams. I hope to learn more about both public and private funds as well as sophisticated corporate law transactions from the firm's incredible lawyers. Last summer, I was a Commercial Law Summer Associate at IURAPlus in Milan, Italy.
