I also take over supervisor's duties when our supervisor is absent; duties include billing, holidays, sickness, dma management and preparation, team and client progress meetings etc . GWC - Severn Trent Water (subbing to Mouchelle Doing main side and customer side leakage, PZT's step tests, quantifying leaks etc. I was also responsible for a small number of gwc teams on this contract looking after van audits attendance, tools, services, sickness, holidays, timesheets etc. GWC - Yorkshire Water Doing main side and customer side leakage, I was also responsible for a small number of gwc teams on this contract looking after van audits attendance, tools, services, sickness, holidays, timesheets etc . GWC -2013 Anglian Water(subbing to MWH) Doing main side leakage and gang assist South Staffs Water 2013- Feb 2016 South Staffs Water Air Valve maintenance, Critical Point Logger maintenance, Sampling, Area Shuts for PRV maintenance, Structured flushing, Meter changes, Hydrant maintenance, Water Quality Issues Kelda Water Retail Feb 16- current Kelda Water Retail now Three Sixty Member of added value services team (AVS) Doing commercial leakage, water audits, flow logging, and basic plumbing. I was also a GWC Performance technician. My duties were to act as a contact between leakage technicians and management of the main Contractor and to ensure the upkeep of the technician’s vehicles and uniform. In addition I was responsible for: • The time keeping of technicians on a daily basis • Ensuring sickness procedure is adhered to, authorising annual leave. • Undertaking vehicle audits • Ensuring equipment is in good working order e.g. making sure of correct calibration • Ordering and distributing equipment and uniform • Ensuring all necessary paper work is completed and presented in a timely manner • To read data and information and target areas and work accordingly FYI Yorkshire Water
